After initial enquiry once the date , times and venue have been confirmed. DJ Event hire will confirm a price which will become legally binding. We will email a contract outlining the above which will be our confirmation that Dj Event hire will provide a DJ for your event. We ask you to reply to the email confirming details are acceptable and correct. We require a minimum deposit of £50 to secure the booking to be paid within 48 hours of contract being sent. With the balance to be paid in full Two weeks before the event.
Deposit and final balance payment can be made by Bank Transfer or via Paypal. Details will be provided once booking is confirmed.
Once we have agreed and sent the contract.We will not suddenly add any extra costs unless there is a change made by you to the initial contract.
Cancellation fee... If for some reason you are unable to fulfil the booking we require at least 30 days notice in writing. The deposit will however be retained and is non refundable.
If you cancel the booking after the balance has been paid in full unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refund due to short notice.
